Personal Mission Statement
To increase the level of professionalism in the auction and appraisal industry in Newfoundland and Labrador through awareness of our services in the present marketplace.

To maintain and establish good relationships with my present and future clients, friends and acquaintances, while balancing my responsibilities as a father to my four wonderful children, as a husband to my ever understanding wife and a president of a very diversified and exciting auction company that is constantly evolving into greater capacities in this industry and others as well.

To continue the type of hands on customer relationship my grandfather, Bill Roche Sr., taught me back in the 1980's. My grandfather was and still is today a great inspiration in my life and work. Even today, more than 20 years since his passing, clients and friends come into my office and tell me stories of my grandfather, many I witnessed first hand, on the generosity and fairness exemplified by my grandfather and his construction company, inherited by my father and uncle. I look to continue that type of commitment to customer satisfaction.
